Head of U.S. Equity ETFs
Jay is the U.S. Head of Equity ETFs at BlackRock. In this role, he oversees the overall product strategy, client engagement, and thought leadership across the firm’s index and active equity, digital assets, and alternatives ETF business.
Previously, Jay led Global X ETFs’ research and strategy team and was a business analyst at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), where he helped to launch and support hundreds of ETFs on the NYSE Arca trading platform.
Jay is a frequently cited expert in the media across print, online, and broadcast media including CNBC, Bloomberg, and The Wall Street Journal. He holds a BA from Emory University in International Studies and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is a CFA charterholder.
