Overview

WHY IGSG?

  1. The Index measures the performance of equity securities (e.g. shares) that are selected to provide a representation of the global sustainability equity market
  2. The companies that issue the equity securities are selected for the Index based on long-term economic, environmental and social criteria and make up the top 20% of the largest 2,500 global sustainability companies of the Dow Jones Global Total Stock Market Index.
  3. The Fund adopts a best-in-class approach to sustainable investing, this means that it is expected that the Fund will invest in the best issuers from an environmental, social and governance (ESG) perspective (based on the ESG criteria of the Index) within each relevant sector of activities covered by the Index.

INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE

The Fund aims to achieve a return on your investment, through a combination of capital growth and income on the Funds’ investments, which reflects the return of the Dow Jones Global Best-In-Class Index, the Fund’s benchmark index (Index).
